Welcome to your private escape in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with a hot tub—just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. This spacious five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for families, groups, or business travelers.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Outside, enjoy a private in-ground pool! Please note that we do not allow excessive parties. Pool closes October 1st.

The house was overall nice and clean, and the pool was definitely the highlight—especially with the heat index being so high during our stay. The kids loved having access to it, and it made a big difference in keeping everyone entertained and cool.However, the living room setup was a bit disappointing. For a house that accommodates 10 people, it only had seating for 3, which made it difficult for our group to spend time together comfortably. Also, one of the “bedrooms” didn’t actually have a door and was open to the main living space—fine for kids, but not ideal for a couple looking for privacy.We did request an early check-in, which the host allowed for a 50 fee. Which we negotiated down. They originally requested payment via Venmo instead of through the platform, which felt a little inappropriate. On top of that, we never received check-in instructions—even after texting the host upon arrival. Fortunately, the door was unlocked so we were able to get in on our own. I also let the host know that one of the bathroom sinks was broken, but never received a response.All in all, it’s a good spot for families with kids who plan to spend a lot of time in the pool, but there are definitely some communication and comfort issues that future guests should be aware of.

Short stay

Communication with host was great, very responsive as VRBO never sent any check in or check out instructions. Quiet street, easy to get to, pool was very nice and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was good and mostly as advertised. The 5th bedroom isn't a seperate room with a door, its a bed on a lower level. Bathroom on that floor didn't have a working light swith so it was difficult to use and we needed the 3rd bath. Kitchen was moderately stocked with cookware. We really weren't trying to cook but few cooking utensils, no bowls to serve from or mix in, one dish towel for 3 days seems light. Also would have like to have had hand towels in baths and body soap in showers. Pool was nice and well kept and great for kids to enjoy. Overall it worked out well.
