We stayed for 3 weeks, and had a mixed experience. On the positive side: The host was responsive and great to work with. We enjoyed the location, appreciated the attention to detail with interior decorations and the multiple luggage racks. The bed was super comfortable and a great shower. We loved being able to walk Amberly Green, which is nearby. The A/C is not central air. There are 2 window units, both old and loud enough that it was difficult (for me) to sleep. We could not run the living room unit while watching TV. The only other minor point of frustration is that the kitchen cooking supplies and utensils were difficult to work with (flimsy and worn down). Despite multiple signs from the host, other visitors did not consistently follow the correct process to keep the front door locked. Most of the time, the front door was unlocked. If this will bother you, consider a single unit VRBO instead of of a multi-unit building. Pay attention to their note about the parking lot and stairs - it is a steep property! We liked the challenge and getting our steps in.
