This property is dated and unkempt. I usually never give negative reviews but don’t want to see others make the same mistake I did. This hotel seems to be only suitable for people who are down on their luck and maybe willing to look the other way when sanitary conditions have deteriorated.

1) Checked in and no real people work there. You check in with a video of a real person off-site. It's like self-checkout basically. Not a fan. Very cold and weird. 2) First room I was put in had stains on the bed and smelled STRONGLY of marijuana. They moved me to a different room. 3) The second room we were in for about 5 minutes before we all realized there were little bugs on our feet and ankles! Tiny little itchy bugs. We practically ran out and were picking bugs off of each other outside. I complained to the kiosk man and he tried to convince me to move rooms again (rather than give a refund). I told him you couldn't pay me to stay there and demanded a refund. He started to argue that it wasn't possible because of the timing (must be 72 hours prior to arriving) and I pushed that it was unsanitary and uninhabitable. Eventually I had to contact Expedia, who I booked through, to get a refund. I will never stay here again.

The breakfast was consistently the same each of the 3 mornings we stayed. The pool looked like it needing cleaning and the exercise equipment seemed a little confusing to use. The front door staff was extremely helpful to all requests and greeted us with warmth and quality every day!

Our room was dirty and towel rack in the bathroom had been pulled out and not repaired. There was debris on the floor in the room and bathroom from the prior tenant(s). The entire facility needs a good cleaning and the trash removed from the parking lot. Very disappointed.

Did not even check in here there was a group of people at desk complaining about the conditions of the hotel upon arrival, even the people who had checked in were standing at desk stating dont do it.

For a budget hotel this is the nicest one I've ever stayed at! The effort to keep things clean and neat was evident. AC unit was quiet and I was able to sleep through the compressor starting up and stopping periodically that maintained the room at a my desired temperature. Breakfast was pretty normal hockey puck eggs and sausages and make your own waffles iron. I will stay here again.
