You’ll be charmed by this updated family 2BR/2 Full Bath (sleeps 5) modern centrally located condo on a cute street off Oakley Square. A comfortable and stylish living space to work, play, visit with family and friends, explore Cincinnati, Ohio.

The home is fully equipped for business productivity, entertaining and relaxation. It is walkable to many bars, restaurants and shopping.

I booked this VRBO for almost 3 weeks while recovering from a surgical procedure. I am very happy with my stay. I was so happy in fact that I attempted to extend my stay another week, but I was unable to add to my reservation. The host and I communicated several times, but there was some miscommunication with VRBO and we couldn't get the extension before someone else was able to book it. I suggest that if you are trying to extend make sure it is taken care of within the same day to avoid this. I was on the first floor which is more convenient, but can be noisy. There were a few times the guests above me were quite loud and made noise very late at night. If you are especially bothered by sounds above you I'd suggest staying upstairs instead of downstairs.Host provided all the necessities in kitchen and bathrooms as well as some snacks. The linens were comfortable. The king and full sized bed were comfy. My guest said that the twin bed was not fully flat and a dip in the middle (not sure if it was the mattress or the frame) so it was uncomfortable to sleep in that bed. She moved to the full sized bed and was fine. Laundry worked well with softner and detergent provided. Nice shower pressure, roomy bathrooms, spacious closets, comfy coach and easy key pad entry. Heating and A/C worked very well! Plenty of lighting and ceiling fans. I only wish there were space for table to play games or eat a meal together. If you book a stay here you won't regret it! The host is excellent!

I feel like other vrbos have inflated ratings (people giving them 5 stars when they dont deserve it), well, not the case here... this listing truly deserves all 5 stars. great location, safe, parking, comfortable beds, AC that works, updated, and everything was 100% perfect

Perfect Condo

The photos and description of this unit don’t do it justice. It was spotless and well-equipped and organized with everything you could need. Quaint neighborhood within easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect condo to visit University of Cincinnati

We wanted to avoid staying in a tiny hotel room during our three-night stay in Cincinnati to visit UC and Miami U, and we found the perfect spot. Great location and loved the ample space we had as well as the free parking. Place was immaculate and big enough for me and my teen daughter to cook together, watch Netflix and rest after two day-long college tours and plenty of walking. Beds are comfy, and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms as well. I am so happy we decided to stay here and would definitely return without hesitation!

This property is exactly how advertised and more. It had everything we needed and more. The living space was large enough for playing games with the grandkids, snuggling in for a movie, cooking your meals, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and well done.

Nice place, within walking distance of a lot

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was very clean, and pretty quiet at night. It's within walking distance of quite a few shops and restaurants, and only a short drive from really cool places like Ault Park, and a couple different playgrounds for kids- as well as a few more minutes to downtown, and all it has to offer. The two rooms are on the opposite ends of the place, and there are two full bathrooms, too, with one inside the master bedroom- so parents can have that much more privacy. The beds were very, very clean. And the mattresses were firm memory foam, and really comfortable to sleep on- with a king in the master. The TV's were easily accessible and ready to be signed into whatever streaming services anyone happens to have, and the back of them were easily accessible for us to hook up our playstation.The kitchen is also well stocked with kitchen appliances, and most everything a family would need to cook. And a large Kroger grocery store, and tons of other stores are pretty close by. Just be careful when opening the outer door to the property from the inside; it has a metal lip that is liable to skin a knuckle if you aren't mindful of it. And the parking can be tight if the other units on the property are occupied and the tenants happen to be driving SUVs, which are so common these days. This stuff is outside anyone's control though, and overall the place was great to stay in. The owners were communicative when needed, and left us alone otherwise. 5/5

Loved it!

We were in town as part of our transition in moving and this location gave us what we needed and more. Safe and secure. Clean. Firm beds and washer and dryer with the ability to make food for the week. Communication with the hosts was superb. We had no issues when staying here! If we need it again I will most definitely be booking here in the future!

Nice stay

I’m glad my friends and I booked here. The location was very convenient with lots to do around the area and easy/quick access to highways. Neighbors are nice. I was okay with leaving my lux vehicle there overnight but parking was a bit tight so if you have a large SUV you may have to do a 5-point turn to get in and out without hitting the other residents’ vics. Overall, nice stay and would come again.

Great Place, Great Location

This place was perfect for our family of four, of which 2 were children, 6 & 8. We spent 6 nights and the apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. The beds were great, too. The location couldn’t be beat. Super convenient to restaurants, stores, and grocery stores. We visited the zoo, aquarium, Kings Island, and a reds game. We got most places in under 20 minutes. We would highly recommend this place for a quick or long visit to Cinci. Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Thanks for a great vacation!
