The condo is on the 4th floor. No, elevator. You will have to be able to walk stairs. No smoking, no guests parties.
There are multiple units in the building, heavily secured with coded external and internal entrances in addition to keyed entry to the unit itself
Please be respectful of noise levels during normal sleeping/evening hours, especially during the work week. Treat my home as you would your own.

The apartment was near the Music Hall and Washington Park, within walking distance of Findlay Market and plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, and located on the Connection free streetcar route to downtown and the riverbanks.The apartment was very clean, stocked with dishware and utensils, and it oozed character: towering ceilings, brick walls, tall windows, and both antique and modern furnishings.

Great Penthouse stay in Cincinnati.

Communication with the host was outstanding quick to respond and answered all questions. The property is just as described and let me tell you this Penthouse is beautiful, clean and comfortable with free parking on property (note on parking if you have a full size vehicle the parking is very tight so you may consider parking at the under ground lot at Washington park just a block down the street. On street parking is available but be cautious meter maid patrolled and ticketed often and even into the evening hours) Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distances and conveniently located within a block of TQL stadium definitely a 5 star stay. We will stay here again when in Cincinnati.

Amazing loft - beautifully decorated with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Building is very quiet. Location is great, right on the tram line, close to music hall. On-site parking was great. The folder with info from the owner included some great restaurant recommendations.

Christmas Holiday

The loft was fantasic, very chic! The host was fabulous and communicated almost immediately after I posted a question. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils so cooking Christmas dinner was easy! The only downside was the three flights of stairs that was difficult for my overweight, old bulldog. It was easy for the rest of us.

Great time

Me and my friend came here for a concert and had a great time. The place was really nice and close to almost everything that we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby and a cute park. I get worried about what neighborhood I’m going to be staying in but it’s a nicer area with people walking on the streets. I would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend in stellar apt in awesome neighborhood. Incredible restaurants in walking distance Only issue was consistently hot water from shower. Timely and responsive host. Will definitely be back. Well worth the 4 flights of stairs!

Great access to downtown

Place was clean and just like listed. We were able to use the Connector and it had a stop half a block away. We were very close to great restaurants and the soccer stadium. Parking spot was a huge bonus. Great location!

Fine for downtown

This worked just fine for our stay. If we didn’t have a wedding downtown I’m not sure I’d stay again. Everything was fine but I couldn’t see myself stay longer than we did. A few things that bothered us was only one kitchen knife and didn’t really work, our socks got covered in pet hair, and floors didn’t seem super clean. The views were great though and access to downtown is spot on.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful historic building refurbished expertly. The apartment is modern with historic elements preserved excellantly. Highly recommend. The only thing to consider are 4 flights of stairs.
