The Space:
This building was built in 1863 but has since been renovated and modernized! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. Enjoy a queen bed and full bath, plus a kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave.
Guest Access:
This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house.
You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 1.
Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic district with beautiful Italianate and Victorian style homes. Walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels and Keystone Bar and Grill and head up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House.
Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
