This place has been remodeled. Exactly how the pics are. It's been remodeled and super nice. Nice having parking. The owners were super responsive and checking in. Totally recommend this place. It was super easy and totally worth it. Would totally book it again.
This was a mother/daughter trip and Covington was the perfect location. Sometimes my daughter needs a break from dorm life. The apartment was clean and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely book again.
Thank you.

We are interested how much of a down payment do yo B.
We knew we were staying in an ideal location for visiting family in the area. What we didn't know was how cute and vibrant the Covington community is. We had fun at local restaurants and loved walking over the Roebling Suspension bridge to the Reds game. The space itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. It was easy to get on the freeway. We loved having off-street parking right outside the door. We will definitely be staying here again.
We thought the city of Covington would be a good stay across the bridge from downtown. We walked to the baseball stadium.
The code we received to get in was not correct. It said to use the last 4 of your phone. Ended up being whatever was sent.
Place very clean, water pressure light. Parking spot right out front.
Walking distance to the cute town to bars and restaurants.
Would recommend
We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. This was our first VRBO experience and future stays will have a high bar to meet.
The communication with the property manager was stellar. No issues checking in or out. Space was clean and comfortable. Was perfect for our stay. It was remarkably quiet. The apartment was in pristine condition and week stocked with basic amenities. The community was cute, lots of restaurants and pubs. Side note: be careful walking, as the sidewalks in town are very uneven. I tripped and fell the first night, thankfully without injuring myself, but do be careful.
This was the perfect Central location for us to hit some great little antique malls in Ohio and see the sites in Cincinnati while also visiting friends, the Ark Encounter and creation Museum in Kentucky.
Check in process was super super simple. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very clean. Location was great. Many little restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The only thing I would change is the shower. The water pressure is so low. Made is difficult to wash my hair and feel well rinsed.
We book this site unseen for a 3 day stay in the Cincinnati area, we choose to stay in Covington, KY due to it being more central to our plans. The property was as advertised and was great to stay in and there were no surprises!! Parking was great and the information sent regarding code, directions and helpful tips was outstanding. Would gladly recommend this for any travelers thatdo not want to stay in a hotle!!!

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
It started with our van not being able to go up the hill to park. We were coming to the end of a long trip out west and we’re looking forward to resting at the cute city of Covington. The rugs in the unit were filthy. I turned them over for the duration of our stay. I then called a cousin from Chicago to give her bad news about the death of my sister in law. We had a nice conversation but then I received a message saying that I was noisy. Very upsetting. We later received a call saying that we were noisy walking around. We tipped toed around in silence for the rest of our stay. The shower had no pressure. Kitchen was okay. A cricket was in the bedroom and black particles were on the windowsill. It was a very disappointing stay.
