Loudest hotel ever and needs renovations

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You could hear every other person within 3-4 rooms away with doors shutting and bathroom visits and VERY early risers outside the room. In desperate need of renovations

Employees were friendly , it was very easy to find . The pool was closed “until further notice” so that was a disappointment to the kids . It was dated but pretty clean . We could unfortunately hear everything from people be loud in the halls then outside in the parking lot but that was just one group . Other than that I thought it was a decent place for a fair price .

Nice but no pool

It was nice but no room service for the five days we were there so we didn’t have clean towels and had to go downstairs to front desk to get it. Breakfast was very sparse and when I did ask for more eggs they were still frozen when put out and pool was closed. Front desk people were nice but they need help. Beds were comfy and room was clean very clean when we arrived.

It would appear this property is going thru renovations but it was obvious this was an older building. Breakfast was disappointing. While we were there for almost 30 mins the eggs and sausage never got refilled and people kept coming and going when it was obvious there was no hot food. A guest actually offered to help put food out but was told he had it under control. I would’ve expected better.

Don't stay here!!!!

The lady at the front desk was not personable AT ALL, the pool and hot tub were closed without explanation, the room had dirty floors (including something red ?) the headboards of the bed were disgusting, pillows had a STRONG scent of men's cologne, ice machine was broken, it was NOT a buffet breakfast...we had to go out for breakfast to get a decent meal.

The Hotel needs some attention

This was the perfect location for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility itself is showing it's age. The wallpaper in the breakfast room wall falling off the wall and there is a hole in the ceiling where a repair needs to be made.

Check in was fast, room was nice other than the sofa bed. Was switched to another room fast. Not bad for the price I’ve stayed in places for more that were horrible.

My experience

My stay was horrible. The website advertise the pool is open and it’s not. There was tape on the ceiling. The pull out bed had pee spots and was dirty. Tube wasn’t clean. The floors wasn’t clean. It had cups under the heater from previous people that had stayed. Overall I wasn’t satisfied. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and it was amazing, I don’t know what’s the problem now.

Worst hotel stay in years

Hotel has a window that leaks in the main lobby getting water all over the floor. Pull out couch in suites had the mattress destroyed. Overnight front desk person did not speak english. The pillows are old and broken down in the rooms. Coffee pot was dirty and unable to be utilized. Carpet was worn through to the point you can see the pad underneath. Breakfast in the morning was cold, same front desk person from night before observed guests looking for food and did not refill anything nor did he address any concerns they may have. Pool was also closed and hot tub was boarded shut. Do not recommend.

A lot of broken things. Pool out of service, screens broken, rusty tub. No coffee maker in room but there were coffee cups. Front desk person was hardly ever there. Elevator was scary too. Noisy and slow
