Urged to wait for a day to take a hot shower.

Shower was broken and no hot water. The front desk said their mechanical staff will come in next morning but no one comes. Then again requested to repair but the front said he doesn’t know when mechanic come. Then asked to change the room but he could not as he needed his manager’s approval. He said Mathis manager will come noon but the manager didn’t come by 4pm. Finally I had to take a cold shower. It was night and 24 hours later from my check in to change the room.

The Comfort Suites I booked on Expedia in January 2025 does not exist any longer. I found this out when I arrived to check-in on Aug. 19, 2025. The Comfort Suites closed a month ago and was replaced with another hotel brand. No one informed me of this closure, neither Expedia or Comfort Suites. This is extremely poor customer service, and as a result, I will not be using Expedia again.

Don’t stay if you need a shuttle to airport!

1st they lost power with no backup generator. So on a 100 degree day we had no ac to sleep with. Had a 4:00am shuttle to the airport. Stood there for 15 minutes and finally another guest went in and asked when it was leaving. The “shuttle driver” started yelling at him and asked how he was supposed to know our names and know that we were waiting on a shuttle ride. We signed up for this shuttle the night before!!! He gets in the driver seat and starts the car. The guy and I open the passenger side doors for everyone to get in. He grabs his clipboard, that had our names on it and does a head count. Still yelling at the guy saying “I don’t know you do I? No so how am I supposed to know why you’re standing out here waiting on a shuttle ride. You know I don’t have to take you!” (I have all this on video) so no one says a word because we need to catch our flights. We get to the airport and I ask his name (twice) and he finally leans towards me and says “shuttle driver”. I called the hotel 3 times before I could speak with a manager and he could have cared less. I am not done and will be calling corporate this week! I will NEVER stay at this place again!

Ok , so they are remodeling the hotel so I will cut them some slack, the room was not ready 4 hrs after check-in, so had to wait for that, the door was open and the beds were messy when I got there leaving me to believe I had stumbled into someone's room. There was no front desk , you had to go into a room in a room where the makeshift office was. There was no vending machines and the Ice makers were not working all blamed on the renovations. The elevator never worked when I got there again blamed on the renovations ...the work crews were holding it on a floor. No breakfast room or area to eat, if you wanted they microwaved a Styrofoam container with pre made cheese omelettes and sausage. No maid service on the second day whatsoever. Beds not made up no clean towels. When I arrived at the hotel on the second day the door lock was changed and my room was open and had to go downstairs to get a new passkey. Again, under renovations, but that was not told to me in any way shape or form. The room was nice, but getting there when it was dirty and it not being cleaned the next day leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The lobby and front desk was in total disarray as they were remodeling. The clerk that was on duty was rude and not accommodating or welcoming to guests checking in. Our room, while appearing to have been remodeled, was not really ready for guests. The bathroom door would not even close all the way as it would stick several inches before closing. I would never stay there again!

Under Construction which was never told to us. Went to check in found no one. Paper said go to room 109 and knock. No one, ended up yelling around finding an employee in a secluded area, hotel room had drywall on floor of hotel no blinds, called front desk who said no room has blinds , immediately checked out. Hotels com said they could never over 3 days get in contact with a manager for a refund. Still dealing with getting a refund. Do not Do not stay here your baited in with 7 plus star review rating and find a completely different hotel upon arrival

Didn’t try to check in till 5:30 & got my key. Went to my room & cleaning lady told me not ready yet. Check in guy came outta nowhere on 3rd floor to see what was wrong before I even walked away. Didn’t help me but taked to her as I left. Then came back an hr later. Now the key doesn’t work so I gotta go back down the elevator from H$!! To get a new 1. Oh forgot to mention the whole lobby is get worked on so u got check to the hotel in a little back room behind the unfinished front desk. Place prob should be closed & the work might be done already. The room is what saved the place. Great room once I finally got in & had the right key. lol

If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport, I suggest choosing another option. The room itself was fine, but I was disappointed in the service. I was told the airport shuttle runs every thirty minutes and that breakfast would be available in the morning. Neither of these things were true. The shuttle did not come and no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel to access a staff member who treated me like an inconvenience. And I never got breakfast.

Believe the reviews....this hotel should not be open during construction. There is no breakfast; the building is not safe. Expedia should put a warning on this hotel so that people are informed. Everyone staying here should receive a refund.

We were put in a room that had dirt and trash and candy on the floor. There was dirt on the bed mold in the bathroom. When we complained we were moved to a different room which felt like a completely different hotel. Very clean.

I was not notified of the hotel being a literal construction zone (although they claim it was listed on all booking sites), the lobby was a concrete floor, breakfast was in a to go box, construction dust was not cleaned, my original room was dirty-they said they would re clean-they didn’t so they put me in a different room that also dirty-3rd room they put me in had no toilet paper. I had to take out my own trash daily, I had to cook my own breakfast one morning as there was no hotel staff present, the music at the elevator was too loud of evenings, the ice machine didn’t work the first two days of my stay, the hallways were disgusting (there was signage posted on day three of my stay stating it would be vacuumed every evening along with the elevator being mopped but it never happened and other promises on sign), air conditioner trim was broken and I was told it was fine, the thermostat didn’t have batteries and therefore didn’t work, evening staff were rude, when staffed was asked for items that should have been provided (towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags etc) the staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to help and acted as though it was the guests responsibility to find and obtain said products, some of our group had to vacuum their own rooms as housekeeping was never seen, the oven was left on with food in it but no staff present so the whole place could have caught fire, overall I would never recommend this site for anyone to stay at.

Convenient location to the airport. There is major construction going on which it does state but the state of the lobby was bad. They stated free breakfast but there was none to be had. When trying to check out there was no one at the front desk at all.

Stay elsewhere

Under renovations. Doors open all night leading to safety concerns. Room had toiletry items already opened and used. No continental breakfast. Not enough parking due to blocked off lot.
