Perched near a stunning cliff edge, the views are spectacular but it is dangerous for kids left unattended. Please supervise children carefully.

ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Parties & Events
Large-scale events, parties, or commercial functions, including weddings, are not permitted.

Small daytime gatherings may be accommodated upon request, such as hosting an additional 4 to 6 guests between 8 AM and 10 PM, provided all community guidelines regarding parking, noise, and occupancy are strictly observed.

Departure
Prior to departure, please ensure the main door is fully closed and locked. Leaving the door unlocked creates a serious safety and security risk, as the home is accessible from the main road. Failure to secure the door may result in additional charges related to security or follow-up service.

SECURITY
For security, there are exterior cameras facing the driveway and garage, while another one is located in the doorbell. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
