The host switched our room the day off, took 7 hours to provide pictures of the room, and when we arrived, the room was nowhere comparable to what we had paid for. The room reeked of smoke, there was exposed wiring, old refrigerator outside the door, old fly traps hanging by the door and the bed didn’t even have a full set of sheets on it. We attempted to contact our host, and still haven’t heard back from him 24 hours later. We did not stay and would not recommend this for anyone.

We had a good stay. All we needed was a place to sleep and shower, this met our needs perfectly. Easy to check in. Quiet part of the neighborhood other than highway noise which wasn't bad at all. Cold A/C. Warm shower. If my wife had any complaints it's only that there was a lack of vanity space in the bathroom to do her makeup. That was the only mirror in the room. That's just being nitpicky. Our visit went off without any issues.

Cincinnati loft

The property itself was great, however, the neighborhood was unfortunately run down and had tons of homelessness. The second we entered the neighborhood myself and even my child thought it was a little sketchy. The address I was given took me to a completely different property but as I drove further down the road I was able to locate it. That being said, I do appreciate the price of this stay as the hotels were outrageous and Johnny was a great host!

Plain but very neat and nice

For our stay it was super convenient to the zoo ! Parking very convenient as well. We were able to walk to a local carry out store ( D&D ). Offered amenities but since we were just spending the night before a zoo trip we didnt need to use them . Nice to know they were available if need be.
