"All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno per il check in e quando ci siamo resi conto che la struttura aveva appena riaperto da una lunga chiusura abbiamo cercato di entrare in empatia con il titolare... impossibile! "The property is charmingly unique. Although undoubtedly old, the rooms and furnishings are full of character and amazingly spacious. The balcony view over Lake Garda is fabulous and everchanging. All seven of us could stay there all day. The town is well situated for day trips around the lake and to the Dolomites. And Jeanne was gracious, available, full of information and very personable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience which we really enjoyed even more than the subsequent Italy/Greece...

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "
