It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday.

I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level.

Séjour très agréable

Hôtel charmant situé en plein centre-ville. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Il y a un parking ce qui est un vrai plus vu la configuration de la ville. Les restaurants sont nombreux autour si on ne souhaite pas prendre ses repas à l’hôtel. Une adresse à recommander.

Hôtel de montagne

Joli hôtel de montagne en centre-ville de Cilaos. S'il peut effectivement paraître en-deçà des standards habituels d'un 4 étoiles, notamment au niveau de l'isolation sonore ou des services proposés, l'hôtel n'est pas sans qualités : le service est agréable, souriant et arrangeant, il y a un parking gratuit disponible ce qui est un vrai plus à Cilaos, et il est par exemple possible de commander un panier petit-déjeuner pour partir randonner tôt (par exemple au Piton des Neiges). Le petit-déjeuner buffet est de qualité moyenne, mais correct. La chambre elle-même est assez confortable et de taille moyenne, et le bruit de la rue ou des couloirs y est assez audible. Heureusement, l'activité est quasi-inexistante de nuit et le silence règne à Cilaos.
