"Very nice house, fully equipped in a small village. We enjoyed the garden, swimming pool, outdoor grill and terrace. In the village there is a nice bar with great views within 100 mtrs and a gourmet restaurant within 400 mtrs. The house is in the middle of the wine region with charming villages in the area."

"Tiny village in beautiful rural setting. Village has many abondoned and derelict houses but this residence has been beautifully renovated, as have others in the village. Everything you could need is provided and it is beautifully decorated. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a wonderful place for peace and contemplation, and to explore the region of Rioja. "First, you must have a car if you plan to stay in Haro. Transportation, including taxis, are extremely limited and difficult to use. This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. This hotel is about a 25-minute walk uphill to the downtown area and you must cross a highway, which we were told multiple times is officially illegal. If you do have a car, this hotel is perfectly fine for a few nights, especially if you consider the cost. It is a great value. That said, don't expect a four star hotel. As others have noted, the hotel is old and has some deferred maintenance issues. Likewise, the WiFi is extremely slow so don't expect to stream anything or make WiFi calls. Finally, the staff at the hotel are wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive. Enjoy!"
