「Stayed for five nights to attend a conference at Binghamton University. Extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient every day. The coin laundry facilities were convenient for travellers.」

「They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again.」

「このホテルにはきっちんがついてます。ドアを開けてすぐよこにコンパクトですが機能は十分です。ダイニング、リビングが一部屋にまとめてあり、そのよこにベットルームが仕切られています。置いてある家具はさずがヒルトンいい家具のようでした。バスルームは広く清潔にしてあります。ファミリーや長期滞在の方にお勧めです。まわりには観光するところがありませんがウールマートやターゲットなどがあり、レンタカーは必ず必要です。それにおおきな大学があります。」

「Could not close the curtains so we got light on the room all the time. Had to use a trash back to cover the light. The shower fauce would not close complete so it dripped all the time. Good location lots of stores and a mall.」

「very clean. no bad smell on towels and sheets. in the bathroom 2bottles of body soap were set and no bottle of shampoo. I guess cleaning staffs mischoiced. I don’t mind because I brought mine. for the next customers i pointed.」

「Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. 「We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track.」

「Hotel is clean…… just a few housekeeping issues that the front desk addressed (No toilet paper in gym area, facial tissue needed to be replaced and hair in shower). Had a decent breakfast and staff were nice and helpful. Great location, next to restaurants and a shopping mall area.」
