Bring the whole family and make memories of a lifetime at this beautiful year-round LAKE HOUSE!! Relax and enjoy the views or head out on the lake for your favorite water activities! This property features two homes with stylish modern interiors and outdoor decks overlooking the water. During the summer there is a private dock for swimming, boating or fishing. A perfect family getaway!

This beautiful property features two homes that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests! The lower house was recently constructed in 2024 and includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upper house is located immediately next door and includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offering a secluded retreat and separated living quarters for large family gatherings. Both dwelling have large decks overlooking the beautiful Oneida Lake!

Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing vacation by the water. With stunning lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of room to spread out, this is the perfect home away from home. Book now!

● No events, parties or large gatherings

Parking: You are welcome to park your 25-foot boat and trailer at the property.
