「Was a nice place」

「Reception staff were amazing. The room on entering smelt a little 'fishy' and I think it may have been from the air-conditioning unit.」

「For a place where I only stayed one night (8hours ) the place was all I needed. But I did think the inside was a bit tired 」

「We wanted a quiet overnight stay in the countryside close enough to the Wivenhoe Dam. Woodlands is in a unique and delightful setting on the top of a hill. You need to have reasonable walking ability to enjoy the gardens. Because it was a Monday night we travelled about 5 kms to the Sundowner Saloon on the Warrego Highway for dinner. This added to our happy experience. 」

「My wife and I stayed at Spicers Hidden Vales in early Jan 2014, and experienced great services and environment there. I herby leave my comments: Accommodations at Spicers Hidden Vales are especially Australian style with a lot of antiques and genuine furniture, all of which are inherited from early 19th century. Customer cares and responses to inquiry were greatly satisfied ones. My wife and I enjoyed time there and coziness of the facility and people, and accessible distance to wild animals....
