"We had an amazing stay at Louis’ chalet in Quebec! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos—with one exception: the view was EVEN BETTER in person!Louis was an amazing host—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves and clear instructions if needed which made the whole experience easy and comfortable.We especially loved getting out on the water and kayaking in such BEAUTIFUL surroundings...it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.Beautiful location, wonderful accommodations, and a fantastic host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Louis’ chalet, and we would happily stay again! In fact, we have already rebooked for next year."

"Notre séjour en famille a été parfait dans ce grand chalet au bord de l'eau. Dans nos coup de cœur : - l'eau du lac est limpide et magnifique- l'espace de jeu (billard et ping-pong) au sous-sol était génial pour nos soirées- la table principale est grande et pouvait accommoder aisément notre groupe de 8 personnes- le spa était très propre et bien apprécié- la terrasse extérieure est magnifique et grande- le lac est même relié à d'autres lac qu'il est possible de visiter par l'eau si vous avez un peu le sens de l'aventure ;)Dans l'ensemble, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour ne pas trop se piler sur les pieds.L'hébergement était bien propre à notre arrivée. Malgré un petit hic avec le code à notre arrivée, notre hôte Luis a su régler le tout très rapidement.Luis était d'ailleurs très rapide à répondre à nos demandes.Je recommande chaudement cet emplacement pour les groupe de 8 à 10 personnes!"

"Petit coin de paradis!Impeccable, magnifiquement bien équipé, confortable et parfaitement calme Même la pêche, en canoë (fourni par la propriétaire) était fructueuse. 3 brochets de très bonne tailles et 4 achigans!!!!!!Je vous recommande à 100% ce magnifique chalet."

"This is a pristine-clean and very well-stocked property in a perfect location! Location: lots of picturesque small islands easily reachable by kayaks, grocery shop 5 minutes away, bike trail with 19th century bridge, 15 minutes to the waterfalls and via ferrata, 1 hr drive to Bonnechere caves. Cottage: all utensils, spices and oils, lots of outdoor seating, nice beach, fantastic views on the wide river, lots of shade and a well-cared lawn. Very clean, especially the bathrooms, which is amazing given that it's a pet-friendly cottage.Things to know: bring water shoes and binoculars to explore the islands. There's a huge garage at a neighboring property with some big machinery going in and out sporadically and lights on all night, but the treeline shades most of it out, except from the master bedroom. There's no dishwasher or washing machine, so come prepared!The host is very helpful and replies immediately."

"The cottage was a lovely renovated home with lots of room and so many thoughtful amenities. The covered deck overlooking the river was a favourite place to hang out and the propane fire pit a thoughtful addition. We did miss having easy access to swimming in the Ottawa River and would recommend bringing personal watercraft next time. But there was a wonderful beach near Beachburg that was a great place to spend a hot afternoon. The washer and dryer and utility cupboard were very appreciated, as was the wonderfully stocked kitchen."
