"We always feel at home in the Twin Trees - formerly the Downhill - and have been staying there for many years. It is good value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a warm familiarity- the pool is a great bonus. We can make our own of it whilst we are there. Is the decor a little tired and dated? Yes. But it’s clean, welcoming and easy to relax in with lovely staff."
