"우선 가자마자 객실에 개털들이 그대로 있고 청소가 안된 상태여서 다른 숙소로 옮겨주었는데 그곳 또한 별반 다르지 않아 원래 배정받은 숙소를 청소해 달라고 했습니다. 원래 배정받은 청노된 숙소를 갔는데 크게 깨끗해져 있지는 않더라구요. 화장실바닥에 개오줌도 그대로 남아있어 물로 닦아내었는데도 그대로 자국이 남아있을만큼 청소상태가 엉망이라 크게 실망하였습니다. 숙소측에서는 미안하다고 음료 쿠폰을 주기는 했지만 아무래도 청소상태가 실망스러워 다시는 안갈 것 같네요."
