"I only spent one night there, but the room had a good view and was okay overall. However, the walls were dirty and really need some attention. The hotel is kind of old, but it’s very close to everything. There are good restaurants nearby and you can also do some shopping around the area."

"The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. "
