"Fantastic hotel, in a beautiful city. So far in our travel across Japan this has been our favorite stay, and we hope to come back to explore more of Kanazawa someday. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The Onsen seemed very nice as well, but we could not use it do to our tattoos (the hotel does offer stickers to cover them for ¥100, we just had too many to cover)"
"Good location…10 minute walk from Nagano Station. Helpful attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a nice view of the city. Even without room service. Towels, coffee pods and toiletries were replenished via bag left on room door. My only “criticism”…they have done away with the large bottles of body soap and shampoo in the tub and replaced with small bottles. ☹️"
"The food selection was amazing and when our A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms, they quickly relocated us to another set of rooms, with a beautiful view and massage chairs! The kids loved it!"
"Not what we were expecting (it was really big which is not the type of place we normally stay) but if you are just having a couple of nights it is fine. Good shuttle bus service to the station which you can use to get to ''town'' and then wander back through bars/restaurants for the evening. Close to lake front and bridge to get great early morning views of the mountain. Convenience stores close by. Breakfast is very cafeteria style but more than adequate to set you up for the day out. Rooms are small so this is for people who will be out and about. Would be good for groups as you can have shared meals in the breakfast area at other times of the day."
"The view was fantastic. Reception was prompt. Wifi was a bit weak at the start. Location is very convenient. Comes with JR Takashimaya vouchers which came in very handy. There is a gym."
"This hotel was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars, only a 2 minute convenient walk from the bus station, and the amenities were incredible. We stayed in a room that had a private onsen, which was very romantic for my husband and I’s stay. Along with the open air hot springs, the amenities here were amazing. The hotel included complimentary breakfast and dinner buffets which were delicious! Will definitely be back when in Japan again!"
