"The staff was wonderful. Maria, the gracious housekeeper, Felix the welcoming valet, Paul the quiet, courteous clerk and Hannah, our lovely bartender. She makes a really nice Old Fashioned. Made us feel welcome.
The heating system is good down to 20 degrees outdoors, but can't handle a cold snap. Luckily, maintenance came up with a space heater and we warmed up."

"The room was clean, location good for us. The staff and communication from the staff was excellent. My husband left his Ipad in our room when we departed for an early flight home. He didn't realize he left it behind until we were going through security. He called the hotel. Felix, who is a wonderful staff member, responded professional and checked our room and found the pad. He explained about how my husband was to obtain a shipping label that he would email to Felix and he would send back to us. It came today and was husband was very happy and appreciated the extra effort Felix made to help us. So needless to say we had an exceptional experience with your hotel and will stay again when we travel to NY. I am sending off with gratitude for exceptional service to your clients. I hope Felix is recognized for going the extra mile. Merry Christmas, Claudia Considine"

"10/10 zero complaints. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite and had ample room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, the sitting area was so very nice, and two bathrooms is awesome! The breakfast was lovely and the pool was the cherry on top. Thanms Homewood Suites! "
