Beautifully updated condo with absolutely breathtaking view of Caribbean. I like to call it the million dollar view. I love the open floor plan with large island , quartz top and plenty of cabinets with the added bonus of facing the water. Downtown Christiansted and the Boardwalk are just minutes away. The great beaches are perfect for snorkeling , kayaking and parasailing if you're adventurous. I believe you will love the island and want to come back again and again !

Beautiful Condo with Amazing view

Condo is in a great location. Beautiful views. Jerome was very responsive in answering questions. Our group was 4 women and we felt very safe staying here. Christiansted Boardwalk is a close place for restaurants/bars/snorkeling trips. You will need a car, but the island is easy to get around once you get a hang of driving on the left. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic time and Jerome was very responsive to any/all requests we had. For example, the Master Bedroom AC unit stoped working one night and the next day, he had someone in fixing it (successfully!) Great complex, neighbors, amenities and overall a great experience.

Beautiful place

Great Condo!!

The condo was very clean and updated. It had a breathtaking view in the front room and kitchen. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The whole complex was clean and well maintained. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Jerome had the manager over there to let us inside The manager was also very nice and didn’t mind helping us out. It’s only a short 10 minutes to downtown Christiansted and still centuraly located for other attractions. We absolutely loved it and would hope to stay there again. Thanks Jerome!!❤️❤️

We were very happy with the property and no fault at all to the property owner, but the pool was not available due to repairs being done. Thankfully St. Croix has beautiful public (all) beaches as well as the one right out the back of the condo. The property was clean and beautifully taken care of. The property is in a gated area which was appreciated, especially not knowing the area prior to booking. Definitely will need a vehicle to explore the island from this property location, but totally worth it. Highly recommend this property and if and when we return to St. Croix we hope it will be available for us.

Great Property in Central Location

We just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful condo. The photos and description of the condo was as listed, and the property was clean and newly updated. The check in process was very easy and condo was easy to find. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation including beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, and the new appliances were great including a fridge with a built in ice maker to afford us the ability to load up our cooler for each day at the beach. The condo was centrally located and we had a rental car to explore..with Christianstead being a short 10 min drive for resteraunts, shopping etc. as well as a resteraunt right next to the condo that we ate at the first night after a long day of travel. There is also a good grocery store within a five minute drive of the condo. We were easily able to explore all the beaches the island had to offer, including those at the most eastern and western points on the islands that were not more then 30 min drive, with others being within a ten minute drive. The pool was clean, quiet and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize the beach at the condo during our stay as there was some beach seaweed but there were plenty of alternative beaches that we enjoyed exploring during our stay. Best of all was Jerome's immediate responsiveness to anything we needed prior to and during our stay. On our first day one of the air conditioning units wasn't working, within minutes of emailing him of our issue a very friendly and personable repair man was there and fixed the issue immediately. When our flight was cancelled unexpectedly, Jerome eased our stress by his immediate response to my email and by allowing us the ability to stay at the condo the additional days at a very reasonable rate. We can't thank Jerome enough for offering up this great condo and we would not hesitate to book again!

Colony Cove Condo Building D

Condo is lcoated in the newly renovated building post hurricane. The entire place was very clean and had a modern beach look. . Great location and had beach chairs in the closet which is huge to me. Owner was grear with communication. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great Vacation

Our (2 senior couples) stay was from Jan. 30, 2023 thru Feb.22, 2023. The pictures of the condo are accurate, the unit was very clean and very comfortable. Everything seemed very new from the appliances to the beds. TV's were in the living area and bedrooms ... nice very large TV in the living room. Bathrooms ... great showers. The balcony overlooking the sea made the stay even better, we used it to eat, read and just relax. The pool was very nice, sometimes we had it to ourselves and we never could not find chairs under an umbrella or in the sun. Jerome was great from the booking process thru the end of our stay. When we arrived there were only two chairs on the balcony. The next morning I called Jerome and told him it would be nice if all four of use could sit out on the balcony at the same time. By noon that day he had brought in a new table and an additional four chairs. The day we left there was a big storm in Minneapolis and our flight was cancelled. Asked Jerome if it would be possible to stay an additional day. He got back to us within an hour and offered another night at a very reasonable rate. We opted to book some alternate flights, but it was sure nice to know we had a place to stay while we were trying to rebook. Final note ... St. Croix is wonderful. We always felt safe, lots of great beaches for swimming and snorkeling and many restaurants. Weather was exceptional, 72 to 85 every day.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Our stay at Colony Cove was wonderful! We loved the beauty, location, and the feel of being a little bit local! The condo itself was so comfortable and clean with a wonderful balcony and view of the Caribbean Sea! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Colony Cove

Hello Jerome yes we had a wonderful time at the Colony Cove property. It was centrally located on the island and easy to get coast to coast. The condo was updated very nicely and the a/c worked very well. Beautiful view and awesome water view from the lanai! Very laidback and quiet island.

Location…location….location I enjoyed my time in this unit and will be back. You have your own private beach! Watching the planes land in the water was awesome. Unfortunately the restaurant was still closed but it looked awesome and had great view. Very close to grocery store and another hotel with excellent restaurant

St. Croix Getaway!

My wife and I just spent five days in this newly remodeled condominium and enjoyed its freshly appointed furnishings very much. The location is car-dependent but located perfectly mid-island so it’s a quick jump to all activities North, South, East, or West! I would highly recommend this unit, so much I have already re-booked it for my next trip coming up this month.

Great experience

You will not be disappointed in renting this property. The unit is exactly as pictured and very clean. Waking up to the view was the best part of staying in this unit. Wonderful oceanfront rental near Christiansted

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay (March 1-14) in this beautiful oceanfront condo. The unit is in a complex of 60 units in 4 three-story buildings. This building is the only one with unobstructed ocean front views and is more private than the other three. The condo was just completely renovated. It was done very very tastefully, and everything in the condo is brand new! The owner was very appreciative when we notified him of the few items we felt were missing and was in touch with us throughout our stay to answer any questions. Security was great, the pool beautiful and the people - owners and renters - very friendly. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a return visit. The complex the unit is just west of Christiansted in an area the locals call condo row. It is less than 1/2 hour drive from the airport. Most points of interest on the island are within 1/2 hour from here. A large supermarket is very close by for any of your needs.
