Is a one bed one bath cottage which includes a queen size pull out couch to sleep a total of four. It has a full kitchen with all the necessary amenities. A complete eat in dining area. The living room has Internet TV and free Wi-Fi. In-house laundry is also included. The on property pool it’s just steps from your rear French doors. Best of all the cottage is just a 200 yd walk to a beautiful public but secluded beach.
The beautiful cottage is newly renovated. Fresh old style Spanish tile flooring, granite kitchen countertops with a deep ceramic sink and new appliances. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has glass shower doors. There’s a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom in front of a large double window overlooking the yard and pool. The living room has a brand new queen size pull out couch.

Just so you know we enter the main gate and exit the property continuing past the cottage and out the rear gate
Other things to note
You are just steps from the beach. About 200 yds to the right out our gate is a dirt road. Make a left and you’re 50 yds from the water.
The pool on the property is for the property and guests of those staying. No public access.
