Beach front 2 bed 2 bath condo sitting right on the Turquoise Caribbean Sea. Sit on the balcony or by the private community pool and let the trade wind breezes whisk your cares away, or take up a spot on the sandy beach right on the property. Gated community for privacy but minutes to everything including downtown Christiansted, restaurants, shopping and more. Both bedrooms are ensuites and boast queen beds, with 1 providing access to the balcony. Fully stocked galley kitchen.

Worst place ever!!

This condo should never have been listed as a place for anyone to consider as their vacation stay or live in. It was filthy with the walls falling apart, rusty old dirty appliances, make shift lighting in the alleged kitchen. Plastic totes for dressers, junked out dirty closets, old dirty blankets hanging over dirty some windows, rusty curtain rods with dirty rusty partial curtains on them. Patio door tracks that appear to have never been cleaned since construction. Filthy bathrooms; you get the picture. It was a horrible nightmare. We didn't unpack and moved out the very next day. I'm going to upload pictures if I can. I'm old and not techy at all. Thanks to our Host David, we were relocated to a very nice condo in a gated community on the beach. Thanks David! I'm currently in Aruba and still traveling around. The pictures are in my email and I don't know how to upload them. However, I sent them to David earlier. I hope he does not host this place again until it has been completely gutted out and refurbished. Yes, it is that bad and filthy.

Nice unit, great complex, good location

Second time in this unit, owner installed more portable A/C units which function well, but are a bit loud. Overall some minor maintenance issues with the remaining original windows is all that keeps this from getting 5 stars from me The view is excellent, complex is quiet and friendly, very convenient location

The location was great, close to the water. Met a resident that gave us some great info on the place and surrounding area. Air conditioners were doing all they could in each room to keep it warm, had to use fan to cool kitchen area. Power went out twice on the same day, morning and evening. Things didn’t dry easily, towels stayed damp, but it worked out ok. We would definitely stay there again if visiting.

Don’t pick this condo.

The ac consists of portable roll around units. One in each bedroom & one in living room. But, you can only run 2 at a time or the breaker will blow. Even with the portable, ceiling fan, box fan & my small personal fan it was hard to sleep at night. One of the bedrooms had storm blinds that wouldn’t close so there was just a screen covering window and cool air just went out the window. We stayed gone doing stuff everyday but sleeping when it’s so warm was definitely disappointing.

For the price it is fantastic!

We were quite disappointed in the air conditioning situation HOWEVER, the property managers offered everything to make it right which meant a lot to us. Very cost effective for what it was so it is kind of hard to complain. The views were great, the beach isn’t a swimming beach but we knew that and it is in walking distance to one. Communication was fantastic and our trip was amazing!

I was a little upset about the air conditioning, wasn’t really cooling down the house, but we made it work. Beautiful home very clean and definitely had all the stuff we forgot to pack :).

Convenient to Everything

Clean and cute. Close to a small beach. The sand is ideal for children, the pool is ideal, but the beach water is very rocky just a foot in. Close to just about everything. 8 minutes to 33 minutes at most. Wish the louvred windows were closed completely because it felt like you were cooling the outside. There are 3 A/C units, but only 2 can run at a time or it trips the breaker. Very unfortunate because that is really my only negative. I would stay at the same place, but look for a better air conditioned unit. Zonya was excellent to communicate with. Property Manager for the condo.

Nice place but not really air conditioned

Nice clean condo unit, whole facility clean and well maintained, great view, great location. However, it is not really air conditioned. There is a single portable AC unit in the smaller bedroom but the vent hose was too short and the electrical outlet too far away and you just stuck the hose through a cut in the screen. Breeze was good enough to keep temps tolerable, but calling this unit air conditioned is misleading

Beautiful sunrises!

We loved the location. Enjoy sunrise every morning from our balcony. It was beautiful! The condo had everything we needed for a home base to explore the beautiful island!
