1st visit to St Croix VI

The property manager, Kat was good. But overall the condo was very dated and had so much stuff in it, decor, food left in the fridge and the deck had so much stuff on it. The fridge broke down and we had no ice or fridge for 2 days. Kat did get us a cooler and the fridge was replaced. The delivery guys asked if I wanted to clean the floor under the fridge and wipe up the floor, I said no as it is not my place and it was gross. The location isn't that great, you can hear the big de-sal plant or whatever that was about 2 blocks away all the time! Just a low hum 24/7, it didn't seem as bad during the day. Absolutley love the island and will go back just not at this location.

St Croix Sugar Beach Condo

Lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Kat was very communicative, I was nervous about renting in St Croix but everything turned out well.It’s also a nice quiet beach, you can snorkel there. We would definitely go again!

Great condo in great location

Loved our time here. This condo has EVERYTHING you can possibly want. The owner has thought of everything. Ample towels, beach towels, plenty of cookware, silverware, plates/cups, paper products, etc. The grounds are lovely, despite the daily onslaught of the dread sargassam. Pool is nice. Access to the beach is easy (once you have the lock/code). All you need to buy is your food,and that's it. It should be noted, that during our stay we had several rolling electricity blackouts. Not a problem, but the power company could have been more forthcoming of when those blackouts would occur. Only thing I'd add is that while there are two really great camp chairs for your use, two really beach chairs would be nice. You know.... the tommy bahama types. Owner gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat, what beaches to visit, and other things to do. One of our favorites? Going to the animal shelter and getting a sweet doggy for a day of fun. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location.

Perfect getaway

First USVI visit was wonderful. We were looking for a sweet beach spot to unwind and snorkel, this fit the bill. A very easy stroll to the beach and got to see some gorgeous reef fish and a stingray right there! Super easy access to grocery, restaurants, Christiansted pier. Unit was clean and well furnished, coffee maker, blender for fun frozen beach drinks, well stocked kitchen so we could cook in to save some $. There was plenty of hot water for showers after beach time, and the patio view was fantastic. Gorgeous sunrise every morning we were there! Beds were comfy. Kat was a great host, she was so sweet and even had the housekeeping team split the king bed in the guest room into two twins so my son and my mom could rest comfortably! So very appreciated! We can't wait to return to St. Croix!

We were more than happy with every aspect of this unit. It was spotless and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable with great views. Excellent sheltered bay. Close to fine dining. Well maintained pool. No negatives.

Breath taking

My family and I stayed for a week Feb13-20th 2024 It wasn't long enough. This Condo has everything. Beach towles laundry detergent and much more. All you need is you personal items and groceries. Being on the 2nd floor was amazing. Very clean! Well taken care of. I won't every take a ground floor again after staying here. Thank you Kat and the home owner. I did see that someone said something about the kitchen needed up date. Ok sure but Really! It worked as it should and I don't know about you but im not in a kitchen for long being on vacation lol we will definitely be back again. Thank you again, Deanna

Great property

Sugar Beach is our favorite place to stay! This condo was a great location since it was super close to our family in the complex. Great beach views from the patio. The pool is wonderful. The condo was really nice. The kitchen could use some updating but overall we were pleased! Great communication with the property manager.

Wonderful condo close to Christiansted

The condo was exactly as described — very comfortable with amazing views of Sugar Beach. The host’s communication was exceptional and she went out of her way to make sure the trip was a great one. 10/10 recommend.

Feels like a private beach

Great condo, great host very helpful and even checked on us after check in to make sure we had all we needed. The condo is very large would be great for multiple people. My wife and i loved it! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Sugar Beach St Croix

This condo is lovely and in a great location. Excellent beach. Well maintained and the manager, Kat, was super! Very helpful with recommendations for our stay. The island was not what we were expecting (very expensive and in poor condition in most areas), but the condo was just right for us.

Super time at Sugar Beach

This 2-bed, 2-bath was perfect for two couples. The neighbours were friendly, pool was fantastic and we enjoyed walking along the beach morning and evening. St. Croix was beautiful and this was the perfect launching point for our adventures.

Private Romantic Getaway

As a first-time user of VRBO, I was impressed with the accuracy of the listing, and especially with the affordability of this property. It was a perfectly picturesque getaway to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The private deck overlooked a beach exclusively for the use of the condo complex residents/guests. The condominium pool was built next to an historic sugar mill, giving you an up close view of the history of St. Croix. The residence was tastefully decorated and fully equipped with almost anything you'd need for your stay. The property manager was always quickly, and happily, available to help with what few issues we had. We chose to sleep in the bedroom facing the ocean and was lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean waves when we kept the double sliding doors, to the deck, open. Located a 10-15 minute drive from Christiansted and 15-20 minute drive to Fredericksted, you were perfectly situated to have a quiet night in or get to the nightlife party quickly. If we return to St. Croix, this will be our first choice for accomodations.
