"Die Lage und der Ort sind super. Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Leider wird nicht gut gereinigt. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte bei ankunft nicht, da der Filter komplett verdreckt war, das Geschirr im Schrank war entsprechend nicht sauber und in der Dusche ist dicker schwarzer Schimmel. Wenn die Reinigung angepasst wird,ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Sonst nicht."

"Edelstein ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Einrichtung. Die Lage mit der Sicht auf die Kieler Förde ist sehr schön, allerdings läuft sehr viel lärmender Autoverkehr am Haus vorbei. Das Bad in der Wohnung Edelstein ist relativ klein und die Dusche ist sehr eng und rutschig. Eine Haltestange in der Dusche wäre hilfreich."

Sehr empfehlenswert Der Boden ist für Hunde sehr unangenehm. Hunde rutschen schnell aus und haben keinen Halt. Außerdem ist der Boden recht laut. Laboe bräuchte ganz ehrlich auch mal ein "Facelift". Vor allem die Promenade wirkt sehr trostlos und wenig umsorgt. Die Gebäude passen nicht zum Flair und sind teils sehr alt und ungepflegt. Vielleicht...

"Die Wohnung ist im 7.Stock eines Hochhauses mit direkten Blick auf die Marina in Wendtdorf und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe aus Kiel. Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle im Haus. Nur leider ohne W-Lan. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus und wenn man Glück hat ist auch einer frei. Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In der Marina selbst ist nicht wirklich was los, aber Laboe und andere Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen. Der Barsbäcker und ein Edeka sind nicht weit entfernt."
