Loved my stay. I feel the bulk of our experience is driven off of service and that in my opinion was outstanding. Funny enough, the 3 people that stood out have their names start with letter M. So I’d call it a fantastic 3M experience.

These 3 people went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Marc for all the help on day 1 to settle in. Marita for helping out sort the m wrong booking on my part and being super helpful in resolving and Michelle for helping me with outstanding itinerary for Sweden sightseeing. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast at Brasserie with so many options was another highlight.
I am coming back again and highly recommend this plane for the people and their service.

We had a problem with beds on the first night, however this did not spoil our stay!
An amazing hotel...great architecture and design throughout.
The round window was great and very comfortable.
The breakfast was the best I've ever had and all served up in a beautiful rood-top restaurant.
We loved the wine hour in the bar, such a sociable thing to do. Excellent stay from start to finish.
