「This is a pet friendly hotel. I wish this hotel and many would designate rooms for pets so people can stay in a room without lingering odor. Update old air conditioner to central air and heating. Heater is slightly loud when on. Otherwise a clean hotel and staff very helpful to accommodate. Bed was comfortable. 」

But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! 「We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). 「I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and ended up with two double beds instead of queens which was unfortunate, but my fault. However, the room was not in good shape, plus the beds would squeak every time you moved. In addition, there was a bright light outside our window, which shined a lot of light into our room, making it more difficult to sleep.」
