Welcome to 16W, also known as The Eagle’s Nest , a truly unique apartment perched high above Christchurch in the city’s tallest building. With over 200 square metres of beautifully designed space, this apartment offers a luxurious and comfortable home away from home.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan layout with a fully equipped modern kitchen, stylish dining area, and generous living space. Each of the three large bedrooms includes quality furnishings, en-suites, and incredibly comfortable beds to ensure a restful stay.

Please note, while this apartment is privately owned, it shares common areas with the Fable Hotel. The hotel and its staff are completely independent and not involved with guest services for the apartment, so we kindly ask that you do not contact them for support during your stay.
