From the friendly welcome to the spacious modern room, and lovely restaurant - everything about this hotel is just great. The bar has comfy chairs with a fire and is a cosy spot for pre dinner drinks. Plenty of free parking is also a bonus for travellers!!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly during our visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and any questions we had were answered right away. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great hotel location close to northlands shopping centre. Restaurant for breakfast was food, buffet had a good variety, but the staff were the absolute highlight. A hot chocolate for each of our kids with a design really made a great start to the day!

This is a atandered hotel. Check in staff were lovely. Room was clean and well presented. I found it noisy I could hear the TV and the person coughing in hhd next room. The room was light with lights turned off due to a gap around the main door allowing light in from the hallway. We paid for the buffet breakfast, there was a good selection bit I found the food lacking something.

Great stay as always. Friendly helpful staff. The renovations to the rooms are very on trend and stylish. We love having an evening drink in the bar. Has a nice fire and comfortable seating. Always a bonus having free on site car parking.
