This brand new studio accommodation is a ground floor unit in the heart of Christchurch. It's a 2 min walk to the New World Supermarket. The property includes 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom. It has a sunny outdoor dining table in its own private courtyard. This unit is conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre and other amenities to explore while having fun in the city. High speed Wifi. Washing machine and Kitchen.

On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during business hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighboring residential noise. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
