"Quite a nice hotel located at city center, awarding an excellent view whenever you take the escalator. However, there's only limited amenity in room, not even coffee, which is seldom to happen in Japan. When we stay there, hot spring has closed, and it makes the property too quite and lack of atmosphere. But, it is still a good place to have stay a night."

"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. I was able to check in early for no extra fee, at about 11:30 am, which I really appreciated. The staff were very responsive to my emails before I arrived too. So, so nice. My room was very comfortable and warm. Great view in my room of the planes departing from the airport. The shuttle bus was great and I had time to look around Narita town before flying out of Japan the next day."
