"I stayed for six nights in a room with club lounge access. I gave five stars to every category because truly everything was excellent.
Check‑in and check‑out were handled smoothly at the dedicated reception on the 8th floor, with no crowds at all. During happy hour, they offered drinks and food, and at other times there were coffee and light snacks available. Whenever I was at the hotel during those hours, I made use of the lounge. I also had breakfast in the lounge, where you can relax while enjoying a panoramic view of Pattaya Beach.
I visited the breakfast venue on the 4th floor once. The variety of food was impressive, the space was large and open, and the courtyard plants looked vibrant, giving the whole area a refreshing atmosphere.
But in the end, I preferred the lounge breakfast. If you dislike noisy places, the lounge is definitely the better choice.
The complimentary laundry service—three pieces per day—was extremely helpful.
I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit."
