働いている従業員の方々の対応はとても親切で好感が持てましたが、施設自体が工事中であったりレストランがいつも真っ暗で食事をお願いした時だけ席を用意する状態。浜辺は掃除が行き届いておらず瓦礫が散乱していました。浜辺はホテルだけの問題ではありませんが、ホテルサービスについては宿泊者が少なくとも通常と同様の提供がなされるべきだと思います。 このビーチは汚かった為レンタカーを借りて毎日別のビーチで海水浴を行っていました。 次回からは間違いなく事ビーチ以外にする事になると思います。

全体的には快適な空間で スタッフもフレンドリーな感じ。 お湯の調節、湯量はよくなかった。 滞在型のなのだから、ランドリー施設があるべきだと思う。 ホテルの周りに何もないので、ちょっとした売店感覚 の場所があるともっと過ごしやすい。 朝食は思ったほどではなかったのと、ホールスタッフの教育に疑問あり。

It was the most wonderful time for us to stay in the beautiful resort hotel. The staff were very all friendly and helpful. Lucky for us, the time when we stayed was not so busy, so we were able to be relax. The food in the restaurant was also nice. The dishes were beautiful and delicious. We wanna come back again soon.

家族旅行でプーケットを訪れました。その際４泊させて頂きました。ホテル規模が大型でないため、非常に落ち着いた印象で、各所にホスピタリティを感じることが出来ました。一日中、ホテルのプールで遊んだり気持ちの良い客室で読書を楽しむことができました。朝食もメニューが毎日変わっており飽きさせない努力を感じます。また最終日は早朝出発の旨を伝えたところ、ミールボックスを用意して頂けました。非常にサービスの質が高いホテルです。

小規模ホテルらしい、ゆとりある落ち着いた時間が過ごせました。 ひとつしかかないレストランは23時までディナーが食べられます。味もサービスも非常に良かったです。 朝から多くのスタッフが庭やプールの掃除や手入れをされていました。良く行き届いたホテルです。強いて言えば、ホテル内にコンビニがないことが不便でした。

It was truly wonderful to stay at Movenpick Bangtao Beach Resort Phuket. It is located in very quiet area, and Laguna Beach is just a few minutes walk. You will need a taxi if you like to go to the area like Patong Beach. You can also use free shuttle bus to nearby supermarket or shops every afternoon. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, they are highly motivated professionals which was SO amazing. Rooms were very clean and HUGE! Breakfast buffet were delicious!! We had a dinner once and both Thai menu and Western menu were superb and beautiful. Swimming pool was also cozy and comfortable. The restaurant TONY's at Laguna Beach was also good and reasonable. If you need quiet, relaxed occasion, this place would be a perfect choice. Thank you for your warm hospitality!!! ラグナビーチが目の前のこちらのMovenpick Bangtao Beach Resort Phuket、静かにゆったりバケーションを過ごされたい方にお勧めです。 パトンビーチなどの中心地へ行くにはタクシーが必要です。 近場のスーパーやお店、飲食店エリアには、毎日、午後に無料シャトルバスが出ていて、ちょっとしたものやスナックなど買いに行けて、とても便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で優しく、朝食のビュッフェも、メニューが日替わりで変わるものもあり、タイ料理も中華もデニッシュも、どれもとても美味しかったです。同じレストランで夕食も一度食べましたが、こちらもとっても美味しかったです！！ ピカピカの新築ではありませんが、部屋がものすごく広く清潔で、とても快適に過ごせました。プールもこじんまり静かで、子供達はミニバスケットゴールを中心に満喫し、ゆっくり楽しめました。 ビーチの中にある、ホテルから一番近いTONY'Sというレストランもリーズナブルで美味しかったです。 おかげさまで、とても快適なバケーションになりました。 ありがとうございました。

Huge room, lots of green
We are 6 people and stayed at a family room for three nights. First when we entered the room, all of us were amazed how huge and clean the room was! We also liked the outside pool and the way to the room from the reception.. Lots lots of green! You can really feel like you are in the nature. The Bangtao beach is really close that you can go by foot. On the second night the air conditioner had a problem that we had to change the room. Hotel staffs were very kind that they gave us a discount at the restaurant. We really liked their “yellow curry with crab meat” that we tried. I think the amenities were missing at the first room (toothbrush,etc). We didn’t find any but we found them at the second room. If you find anything missing or problems, you can just talk with the staffs and they take good care of it. Overall, we really liked our stay at this hotel. It was one of our BEST HOTEL we have stayed so far!

ビーチに近いパール付きホテル
滞在日数が短かったので、もっと泊まりたかったと、思うようなホテルでした。近くにビーチもあるので、朝のビーチの散歩もオススメです。朝食も種類が豊富で、とても美味しかったです。

友人と3名でスイートルームを利用しました。広いダイニングと、ベッドルーム、バスルームに、プライベートプールととても贅沢な部屋で、本当に感激でした。共有のプールにはバーが着いており、ラグジュアリーな時間を過ごすことができました。 ビーチがホテルの目の前に広がっており、人も少なく、くつろぐことができました。 朝食のみ利用でしたが、様々な料理がバイキング形式で提供されており、とても美味しかったです。夕食も良さそうだったので、次回利用してみたいです。 二泊三日と短い旅行での利用でしたが、素敵なひとときが過ごせました。またプーケットに行くときは利用したいです。ありがとうございます。

小規模なビーチ沿いの高級ホテル
小規模だからこそのきめ細やかなサービスが印象的でした。 繁華街からは数十分かかる立地ですが、おすすめのレストランの予約や無料送迎も手配して頂けて、色々なレストランにも行けました。 ビーチが目の前で、部屋についているプールも深く広く、部屋も大きすぎるくらいで、とても贅沢な気分を味わうことができました。 また、ぜひ訪れたい、これからも応援したいホテルです。

We stayed this hotel to celebrate our parents anniversary but this hotel was the right decision and it was the BEST!!!! Great staff, great service and great quality! We totally loved here!!! We stayed here only for 4 nights but it wasn't enough at all. We should have made at least one day for just staying in this hotel because the rooms, the pool and the private beach were so wonderful! (If you enjoy the big waves). If I have to say negative things as well, that would be the distance and the shower. First is the location. It is far from Patong, so even the drivers in downtown didn't know the exact location. It took 40-50 mins and it cost 700THB by taxi and 600THB by tuku tuku after negotiation (They said no to these prices first but if you try to leave, they'll say okay ;P) The reason why this hotel was so good and quiet was because of this distance but if I have to say negative thing, distance would be one of them. (If you don't mind paying more, hotel transportation cost 1000THB and it was absolutely wonderful and relax ride, so i recommend that as well). Second would be the shower room. We stayed in the 3 bedroom residence and each room has shower room but one of them was not working right and we couldn't use hot water. We talked about it to the staff but still it didn't work for whole stay, so that was kinda sad. But still there were 2 more showers we could use, so it was okay. Including those things, if we score them, that would be 150 points out of 100 :P WE LOVED IT!!

退屈しないかだけが問題
部屋はとても広い。清潔さ・設備にも全く不満は感じませんでした。WiFiも安定して繋がります。 ビュッフェ形式の朝食はすばらしい。他の食事も概ね外れはないです（但しピザはイマイチ）。 ホテルの食事は大人1人で1000TB程度です。飲み物を沢山頼むともう少し掛かるかもしれません。 雨期に行ったのでビーチは眺めるだけでした（ビーチでもWiFi繋がっていました）。プールはキレイで良いです。 食事や買物に行くなら車必須だと思います。フロントで手配できますが（行先にもよりますが）500TB程度は掛かるし、現地で通じる携帯を持っていないとピックアップも手間なので、滞在中一度しか外出しませんでした。それ以外はパックツアーでコーラル島に行っただけです。 日本語はまず通じません。英語は概ね通じます（掃除や送迎スタッフの英語力には個人差があるので、複雑なお願いをしたかったらフロントと話した方が無難です。）。 タブレットか本を持って一日ごろごろするなら最高の場所です。それだと退屈しそうなら場所を変えた方が良いかもしれません。

レセプションの対応良かった。ホテル自体は古いので昼間修繕工事などして音が気になった。ローシーズンと言う事で今修繕したのだろう。朝食のレストランが暑い。建物の構造上クーラーが効かず扇風機だけ。快適ではない。バイキングだったが品数少なすぎる。中国人がとてもうるさかった。

家族5人で4泊しました。 近くには有名なホテルもいっぱいありましたが、今回は家族でゆっくり出来る場所を探して居たのであえて部屋数の少ないホテルにしました。そのおかげでとてもゆっくりすることが出来ました。次回もまた、泊まりたいと思います。

滞在型では文句なし！
部屋専用のプール付きの部屋を予約しましたが、２００㎡を超す清潔でひろーい部屋に、キッチン付き、専用プール付きで、これまでで最高の部屋でした。 ホテルの大きなプールも、プールバー付きでプールの中からも座ってドリンクが頼め、プールの中も小さなライトが埋め込まれていて夜は星空のようになり、これも最高です。しかしこちらは昼間は日焼けし過ぎるのと、うちは子供がまだ小学生以下なので、部屋プールで半日は日陰で遊べて子供たちに最高でした。 ついている朝食ビュッフェも、内容・種類も豊富で毎朝おなかいっぱいで、昼食はいりませんでした。近くのスーパーで食材やドリンクを買って、夜は子供も食べれるものを作ったりもできました。 スタッフもみな非常にフレンドリーで親切で、最高でした。 ただし日本語スタッフはいないのと、バンタオ・ビーチのエリアは大きな市街地はないので、それが不自由と思われる方は考えた方がよいかもしれません。 うちは家族滞在でのんびりが目的だったのと、そうはいっても近くのVilla Marketとその近くのちょっとしたショッピング・エリアで土産もの探し、レストラン、マッサージ（とにかく安くて上手！）、象乗りなんかも楽しめて最高でした。

自転車を借りれて、近くのスーパーに、行きました。またプライベートビーチがあるので、そこのレストラン（ロータス：やや高め、SOM：手頃）に行ったりと、食事には困らず、遊びもプールと海岸といろいろあるので楽しめました。60代の両親も気に入っていました。 ホテルの朝食も満足です。 スタッフもとても親切で居心地はよかったです。ただ市街地までは遠い＆交通の便が悪いです。観光用ではなく、ホリデー満喫用だと思います。サウナも無料で利用できました。

We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. The beach was a short walk away. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It is a little secluded. So you will have to take a taxi when you need to do things outside of the resort. But the staff makes that easy for you also. They get you a car really quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this resort. Our stay was amazing!!

Worst stay in last 10 years and I have done 100's
This hotel could have been great but deficient management made our stay horrible: When we arrived in pour suite with pool the pool was dirty. There is no coffee machine in the room, no electric plugs by the bedstand, the AC is malfunctioning... We had to ask 3 times for someone to open the door of the restroom that someone had locked. Even the welcome fruits were rotten. The food is a disaster: Shrimps for our lunch smelled and tasted bad, chicken was frozen. They make you pay the breakfast if you order it room service, EVEN IF INCLUDED. Anyway Breakfast buffet is very limited, bread and pastries are either soagy or dry, the butter is not butter but bad cream cheese,natural yogurt is not natural but heavy with sugar (what a joke for a swiss chain...). And you dont get OJ if you come after 9.30. Traveller you should pass your way. Mr Movenpick you should audit this property

Great location and a really nice pool. The staff are friendly and the amenities including the spa, gym and activities are abundant.

Das Mövenpick Beach Resort, ist super für Familien. Nicht zu gross und trotzdem hat man eine gute Privatsphäre. Am Strand gelegen mit diversen Restaurants in walking distance. Hilfsbereites Personal, großer Pool und Familiensuiten mit Privatpool.

We got the room with a private pool. It was a lovely room & the location was perfect! The hotel will provide a ride in a golf cart to the Laguna Golf Course, which is only a quick ride. The beach is sooo close! Be sure to grab sundowners at the beach restaurant Club 22. So nice to have your feet in the sand w/a drink watching the sunset and be so close to our room as well. The staff were so friendly and quick! Pang at the front desk gave us great tips of where to go and we enjoyed each place. We will definitely stay here again!!
