「The place was comfortable and quiet with plenty of space to move around. The location was walkable to an excellent restaurant nearby and not far to the waterfront. New Bern is about a 40 min drive to Oriental, which is a charming small town on the Neuse River. 」

「This is the perfect location for a downtown New Bern visit! Highly recommend this condo. Very spacious layout with 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the unit. Would be a perfect 2 couples or a family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. David was very easy to ask questions and was prompt in his reply. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. There was some outside noise after midnight, since it’s located near restaurants....

「We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it. One thing we would have liked is more kitchen bakeware, but we...

「We stayed here for Family Weekend at ECU! Easy out and back to the campus. We even took an Uber to and from to not deal with parking and each time it was inexpensive and quick response. So location is great. Property was very clean and comfortable. 」

We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.」
