「This is a great property. Very clean, comfortable, & great location. Host is very responsive & welcoming. My husband & I were there to drop off our youngest at ECU. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit. 」

「We had a wonderful time visiting New Bern and staying at this apartment. Ideally located in Historic Downtown, we left the car parked and walked everywhere with our dog. We knew that the apartment was pet friendly, but the entire downtown area welcomed us and our fur baby girl. We were allowed to take her into a handful of shops and there were several restaurants or eateries that provided outdoor seating. We were surprised to see that two restaurants we visited offered a four-legged guest menu...

「My wife and I stayed at the property from April 25th to May 3rd on vacation to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.」

「Stayed here to visit family. All went well except for our last day when the hot water heater went out. We called Mary and she offered to have plumber come fix it right away. It was our last noise we opted to go to a hotel in Raleigh. Mary refunded us for the last night. She was very responsive and the refund came through quickly. She is a great owner and responsible. Thanks, Mary!」
