「The photos and descriptions on website are pretty inaccurate. The shower is impossible to use unless you are 3 feet tall. The worst part is the owner chose to throw a New Year party and keep us up until 2 am despite us asking to sleep as we had an early flight. Just an overall disappointing experience 」

「The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she...

「念願のお城に泊まれて嬉しかった。 ベッドルームとバスルームが同じくらいの大きさでびっくり。 天井がたかくてお城を感じられた。 古いのでドアの開閉音は大きめ。 TVはつけ方がよくわからなかった。 周りが軽いハイキングコースになっていて朝散歩した。 朝食が豊富でよい。 温菜はしっかり温められていた。 フレーバーティーが豊富でよかった。 ガイドツアーはチェコ語しかなく、英語のオーディオガイドやテキストを借りたが、ガイドツアーでしか入らない場所に入れたのでとてもよかった。 wifiも使用できて良い。 1泊分の荷物だけ持って、プラハから電車とバスと徒歩で来た。山？丘？を歩いて登った先にあるので、プラハに荷物を置いてきて正解だった。」
