「I stayed here for one night before my flight because I just wanted a few hours of rest, but honestly I was disappointed. I accidentally bought the $20 breakfast before realizing my flight was in the middle of the night. My mistake, but I asked if they could either refund it or let me use that amount toward dinner instead. They said no, but offered a breakfast box. I asked what was inside and explained I don’t eat most of those things. I even asked if they could just replace some of it with two...

「'Klassik'という名前のとおり、ホテルは小ぶり、サービスは家庭的で温かかったです。ただ、室内の棚に載せていた、捨ててもらっては困るものも、ある日の清掃時に捨てられてしまい、困りました。朝食メニューについては量、品数とも少なかったですが、イスタンブールのホテルも同様だったので、ヨーロッパの４ツ星ホテルのスタンダードなのかもしれません。 全体としては居心地がいいホテルでした。」

「部屋は広々としてて快適なれど、タオルの交換なし、コップも洗わない、朝食も毎日同じ。 　とても四つ星ホテルとは思えない。 　部屋の禁煙は納得するが、朝外の喫煙所向かうと玄関の鍵が閉まってる、レセプションにも誰もいない。」

「設備の故障を理由に別のホテルに移動させられた。 移動のタクシー代は自前。 値段が高すぎる。」

「大きな道路からは何本か道を挟むので、静かなところにあります。（見つけにくいかも知れません） 朝食はシンプルでイマイチな感じです。 部屋もきれいで清潔にしてあり、英語を話すフロントスタッフもいるので安心でした。」

「Not a hotel, but a facility like a rental room. There is no front desk. Housekeeping is provided approximately once every three days. There is no laundry service. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious and the furnishings are of good quality.」
