"This property was so peaceful and quiet. It sits on a large lot with lots of privacy. The walk down to the dock is fun for kids, lots of rocks and it’s a little trail. We spent most of our time down at the dock. The views were spectacular, beautiful reflections in the water each morning, calm quiet lake and the sunset right in front of us each night. "Very clean and cozy. There were plenty of activities both inside and out to keep us occupied.Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook whatever we brought with us. Spices, coffees and teas were readily available. Children really enjoyed the kayaks, puzzles, loft and bunkhouse."

"Fantastic location, fantastic space, every accommodation I could have asked for. Including firewood, grill , and of course the separated bungalow for just the 2 of us. We brought our own chairs and grill not know what we would be finding. Turns out having the flat top came in handy, But completely unnecessary. Even provided 2 backup propane tanks. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property for 2 weeks. Everything we needed was available at the house: utensils, basic kitchen supplies, coffee maker, grill, toys, books, kayaks, beach chairs - you name it. Internet was sufficient for both me and my husband to work for 2 weeks, but sometimes video calls were a challenge (I think that’s a general issue in the Belgrade/Rome area - not house specific). There was plenty of room to spread out and several desks for work, plus comfy areas for relaxation indoors and outdoors. 5 minute walk to a private community beach at the pond where kids swam and built sand castles while my husband fished using one of the kayaks. Across the pond is Day’s Store, and we kayaked across for lemonade (about 20 minutes to paddle across). 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to a local trail (Roundtop). Mala the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. It takes a day to get used to not flushing TP (due to a sensitive septic system), but after the first day we got into a habit and didn’t even notice it. Anyone who thinks it’s an issue - trust me, it is not."

"I am so absolutely impressed with the property and the photos were super accurate and the communication with the home owner was amazing as well! So happy we stayed on this families property and will highly recommend. Hotel like quality with alllll the lake amenities to take advantage of. Day one we used the fire pit and lounging chairs to relax and hot tub at night. We had an excursion the next day and we loved coming back to the comfortable beds to just relax and found a great restaurant in the area on Water street. We will be back and know they have other properties but the Feras family is great and love the compound ! "

"The home was perfect for family fun kayaking, swimming and boating. The location to Great Pond was great with a beach/launch area we all enjoyed. We brought out Golden Retriever Ruby who learned to swim this week and actually jump off the dock. All of us had a fun week."
