"Esta bien en general la casa. Las camas son cómodas. Solo que la habitación estaba en un tercer piso subiendo escaleras de madera muy empinadas. Un poco incomodo y el baño era en el segundo piso. Además la habitación no tenía nada de privacidad ya que es un espacio abierto. "

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Héctor and his carolina wife, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless – everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find this level of personalized service and attention to detail. Highly recommended! I will definitely return."

"The service from check-in to check-out was great! By Colombian standards everything was great. Our friend and I shared a room and we both slept great on the beds. The semi-firm pillow felt like the one I have at home. The view was impressive and the food was great. Definitely coming back. Special commendation to Angie at the reception, Eduardo the bell hop, and to the people at the reservations desk for making our reservations extra smooth! Thank you to the room service ladies for cleaning our room and making it look amazing.
