「Nice facilities. Reasonably priced. Room rate included one way free transfer from the airport. Considering the security of Angola, it was a great service, however, the transfer back to the airport was not free, and it costed USD 50!!! (Note the airport is relatively near from the downtown and it is only 15 minute ride from the hotel.) The hotel should at least indicate the price for the transfer at a booking website as it shows "free transfer" on the hotel selection screen on Expedia.」

「Eugene the resident manager helped us out at every turn. The check-in front staff needed to see my Expedia reservation confirmation. WARNING: None of my USA Visa or MC creditcards worked at the hotel or the airport; there is an ATM on the street in front of the hotel. Eugene had to escort me to go use it to pay for my restaurant bill.
