Chipehua Dunes

My family and I booked this trip just a few days before arriving. After reading more reviews, I was concerned because although the resort is “on the beach,” the beach wasn’t what I had imagined. Thankfully, the amazing service quickly changed our first impression. We arrived 1½ hours before check-in and were welcomed to enjoy lunch at The Manglar. Our room was ready right at 3 PM. The double beds felt smaller than U.S. queen beds, but the pillows, bedding, and cleanliness were excellent. As a family of five, we appreciated that the hotel easily accommodated us with a rollaway bed. The first day, the beach had a lot of sargassum, but by the second day it was much better. The water was warm, calm, and enjoyable. The pools, activities, arcade, and entertainment were fantastic and more than made up for the beach. Our favorite spot was the crepe café—everything was delicious! Carvao was another highlight, with excellent meats and outstanding service. The room was cleaned daily, the minibar restocked, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. We usually stay at Marriott or Hilton properties, but Moon Palace Nizuc has become our favorite Cancun resort. The biggest reason? They comfortably accommodated our family of five in one room, which is rare. Would we stay again? Absolutely. The service, amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere made this a memorable vacation. What an incredible experience! The resort with three different hotels made the location enormous in size. Villa de Palmar was incredible, Hotel Garza Blanca was beautiful and the Hotel Mousai was state of the art adult area and we happened to enjoy all three hotels. The accommodations, the pools, the beach, and especially the food were above par attached with a very friendly wait staff. We will return soon!

Best bang for your buck. Restaurants food was top notch. Buffet had a very big variety and wasn’t bad at all. Very clean beach and resort. No complaints at all
