"The room was beautiful, but there was a blood stain on the pillow. We used the toothbrush and toothpaste provided, but when house keeping came in they threw these out and didn't replace with new ones. Overall the hotel was nice, but due to these things I would not say they are a 5 star hotel. 4 star maybe. "

"Clean building, nice staff, alot of food and coffee shops very very close (Starbucks, 7/11, Dunkin, and Zus coffee). Easy to find when taking Grab taxi app. Nice pool on the 9th floor. Kitchen has a few pans/utensils/plates to use. 2 airconditioners work excellent and freezes the room right away. Any concern was handled immediatly. Only thing i would change are the pillows. It feels like there is one big balloon inside instead of soft plush pillows. Id highly recommend they get better pillows but everything else was excellent. Overall would probably return."

"Fresh clean linens and bed was comfy to sleep on. Rooms are quite small, but good enough. Ramen restaurant on first floor that’s open till midnight. Walking distance to the major malls close by, with many places around the building to eat at too. "

"Easy walking distance to business meetings in Makati. Shops and restaurants are convenient in the downstairs mall. Always stellar service at breakfast buffet at the 35th floor, and well-varied food comes with a bonus view out to the harbor."
