Wildcat Haven - Waterfront; Phenomenal views!

Only for the discerning traveler, 'Wildcat Haven' is the newest in luxury vacation accommodations on Chincoteague Island. The reverse floor plan is over 2,800 square feet and offers views of the bay and marshlands where wildlife abounds from nearly every room. The first floor features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite with full bathrooms and a large recreational room with second kitchen and waterside deck. The second floor features the main living areas - living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room - as well as another waterside deck and screened porch. If you love to fish and crab, or just sit at the water's edge, you'll LOVE the 500' private pier! Vacationing with a large group? Check out the sister house 'Wildcat Retreat' right next door!

Great place on the Water

This was a nearly near property and we were very impressed with the location and construction of the home. It featured a small ground floor with 2 carports, a large 2nd floor with plenty of sleeping space and outside access, and a wonderful, large 3rd floor with lots of space to eat and entertain. The whole house was built with a long life and low maintenance in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I imagine that in the years to come those insects will find their way inside, but not this year. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The ice maker was out of this world. The house had a lovely screened in deck, but it didn’t have a mosquito barrier under the decking. My biggest disappointment was the layout of the kitchen. It was clear that whoever designed the kitchen doesn’t cook. The sink is too far from the prep space and refrigerator. The trash cans aren’t located in convenient places either.

Loved staying at the wildcat Haven. Beautiful, spacious, well stocked home. Perfect for a large family gathering. Also loved the ice maker!! So nice to have extra ice for EVERYTHING. You even get Sun rises and Sunsets!! WOW! Beautiful new home. Can't go wrong.

It was an absolutely beautiful house. My only suggestion would be to screen under the decking in screen room. The bugs were awful! I have a screen room at home and it work great!
