Lovely Pet Friendly Townhouse located near the water. Enjoy the community pier or sit and relish in the beautiful views of the channel. This 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath property provides everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

THIS HOUSE DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great condo

Very clean, up to date and comfortable condo. My daughter and I enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. We brought our dog and we were happy that there was no doggy smell when we arrived. We made sure that our dog was shampooed prior to arrival as well. The views from the back door were wonderfull. We love walking in the neighborhood. We have often rented in Chicoteague but this was the best.

Perfect Spot to Recharge

The property was accurately presented. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access to wonderful seafood places. We had problems operating the tv and a very pleasant young lady in the office came to the property to assist.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Visitors in adjoining condos were all pleasant. Harbor Rental's staff were pleasant and quick to assist us.

Very clean, well stocked with essentials. Quiet neighborhood with a pretty view. Very quiet, and a quick drive to town and beach.

Quiet outdoor getaway

The house was awesome but had several things that should be taken care of for other guests. The outdoors space couldn’t be used before scrubbing the chairs and covering the picnic table. The house smelled fine but my pup could smell the other guests before us and there were spots on the carpet which made my Yoga time a bit unpleasant. I had to gate my old pup in the kitchen area to keep her off carpets which I had already prepared for with our gate from home. I know pups have accidents and it’s hard to illuminate all the odors but having carpets down stairs and under the dining room table should be rethought. There are also some broken things Done Pryor to our visit that need repair...utility closet door, kitchen cabinet ( Must Have repaired with haste), globe needed over deck light, burn marks on counter. These are things that should be updated to make this place shine. We really did love our stay but feel these things were worth noting. Looking forward to coming that way again in a few months. .
