  • Luxurious 2nd-level waterfront condo with views you won't believe! Tastefully decorated with work of local artisans, features all amenities, as well as master bedroom suite with king bed & waterside balcony. Many extras like a flat screen TV and a Lazy Boy leather recliner. The open floor plan is great and features a breakfast bar between the kitchen & dining area!

    ​​​​​​​- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
    - No smoking is permitted on the premises.
    - No pets are permitted on the premises.
    - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

The condo was excellent! Tastefully and appropriately decorated. Everything that you might need was included. We really enjoyed the scenic view and quiet location.

Great view

Property was clean and location was great. Well furnished and one of the best views on the island. One note is you cannot use the docks on the property.

This was by far the best equipped property we have ever encountered. The location, the decor touches, the well appointed kitchen made this a wonderful stay. Having in unit laundry was a definite plus. Convenient but not on top of other people and a direct sightline to Assateague lighthouse and ponies every day! Will be our new go-to for Chincoteague Island.
