「フロントや清掃スタッフの対応が丁寧でよかった。」

「The room was clean, the towels were changed regularly, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The only difficulty was that the front desk staff did not speak English, which made communication a little challenging. If English had been available at the front desk, my stay would have been even better.」

「3月後半に旅行の場合はご注意ください。北京市の暖房システム提供が終わる時期で、暖房は付きません。また冷房の季節でもないので冷房も不可です。今回、たまたま気温がかなり上がった日に宿泊し、室内の気温が非常に高くなり(28℃),扇風機を借りました。」

「サービス、室内のアメニティや設備等、過ごしやすさは素晴らしかった。 ただ、インターネット接続の帯域がひどく狭かったため、ホテルのネットを使ってインターネットを利用することは難しかった。 The service, the amenities and the facilities in the room, the ease of spending were wonderful. However, it was difficult to use the Internet using the hotel's network because the bandwidth was so narrow.」
