"Great location, walk to sites and restaurants. Included breakfast starts a bit late if you’re traveling. Our room was a bit noisy at night due to location by stairs from lobby and a smoking patio below our window."

"Our room on the top floor was very large and had a distant view of the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. The only possible down side is the rough road to reach Cumbres de Chiloé. Be sure your car has ample under carriage clearance."
