"Was desperate for room—obviously something was going on—even places I would NEVER stay were full. Came across this one and took it. Was delightfully surprised with how clean and nice room was. Come to find out, there was major construction with data centers (4 in area) and road construction so everything for 100 miles was full. This was available because worker had gone home for weekend. Only complaint was it was time for new linens. Small holes in sheets and towels were well used—all still serviceable but needing replacement. There was road noise but with AC fan running, we never heard. Would stay again."

"This property has a great location and very nice. As a larger frame guy I like to keep the temperature down as cool as possible. The thermostat is locked and only will allow you to adjust the temperature down to 70 degrees. But overall it was very comfortable. I was very pleased with the stay and will book it again."

"It's weird puling up to a metal shed, but one you are in- gorgeous! It's like the old adage- don't judge a book by its cover. Absolutely lovely little place. Easy to find. The rooms (2 w/ queen beds), kitchen and bathrooms (2) were well appointed. Huge closets, lots of space. The laundry machines a were big loaders. The "living room" area is the only space I would consider small- but since there were only 2 of us it was 100% fine. Large off-street parking area could fit multiple cars if needed, with more parking on the street. We didn't find it noisy, at night we heard more cows than traffic despite being on one of the main roads! The only communication with the host was when she inboxed the door code, no pre check-in email or instructions for check out. She didn't respond to anything else- but nothing else was needed so that wasn't a big deal, we just gave her updates on getting in and then when we left. The door code given didn't work but we were able to locate a key and still get in. If you are staying here- HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend eating at Shelley's Cafe less then a mile away in Vernon. And the Red River Valley Museum is 100% worth some time. If you have time for the drive go into Crowell and eat at Sweet T Pizza."

"Very clean and comfortable. Super easy to check in. Close to the highway for easy access. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is great. Living room is comfortable and plenty of room for big groups."
